We strongly recommend that you place your reservation at least 6 months in advance of your expected travel time to increase the chance of getting the week that fits your schedule best.

Arriving guests will be provided transport between the airport and hotel at no extra charge. All meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, massages, manicures, pedicures, non-motorized water sports, selected tours to the area's most famous attractions, taxes and gratuities. In addition, when guests stay at any of the Palace Resorts, they are free to enjoy the amenities of other select Palace Resorts at no additional charge.

Arriving guests will be provided transport from the Cancun airport to the ferry at no extra charge. All meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized water sports, selected tours to the area's most famous attractions, taxes and gratuities. In addition, when guests stay at any of the Palace Resorts, they are free to enjoy the amenities of other select Palace Resorts at no additional charge. Guests must pay for the ferry, and arrange their own transportation from the ferry landing to the Cozumel Palace (see http://www.cozumel.net/1maps/ferry.htm) . Guests may also arrange to fly into Cozumel via connection from the Cancun airport and take a taxi from the airport to the Cozumel Palace.

Arriving guests will be provided transport between the airport and hotel at no extra charge. Deluxe guest rooms, most with a spectacular ocean view, features double Jacuzzis, a turndown service and 24-hour room service. All meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, massages, manicures, pedicures, non-motorized water sports, selected tours to the area's most famous attractions, taxes and gratuities.

Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) persons.

Cancellation must be 72 hours prior to departure for refund. If cancellation is not made 72 hours in advance, then you will not be able to get your money back, however you can apply it towards a different week.
